Duties:
- Interacts with clients through telephone in reaction to inquiries. Offers information pertaining to consumer requests. Applies understanding of methods and operations in assistance of assigned customer group. Resolves consumer questions, grievances and requests, often involving some coverage interpretation.
- Responds to inquiries received via phone with customers.
- Serves as liaison between clients and various business departments.
- Researches customer requests, analyzes consumer requirements, communicates professionally in created format, processes any authorized payments to the customer and maintains every day log monitoring sheets.
- Maintains suitable records and performs connected administrative and clerical functions.
- Utilizes computerized system for monitoring, info gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
- Candidates must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's/College Degree in almost any field
- Fresh graduates/Entry degree applicants are encouraged to use
- Candidates should possess a great command of the English language
- Candidates must be willing to function on a graveyard shift
