Responsibilities:

• Layout Planning/ Improvement
• Identifies all process flow requirements.
• Creates kitchen layout based on the requirement and model.
• Evaluates the layout using simulation tools.
• Implements pilot testing as necessary
• Conducts post implementation evaluation.

Store Modeling

• Prepares a store model based on identified sales data, man hour requirement, equipment and facilities design and capacity, layout standards, tools & utensils and ware standards that will result to a financially feasible business model.
• Prepares a store model package and implement upon approval]
• Conducts post implementation evaluation.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Industrial or equivalent, but Fresh graduates with good scholastic records are encouraged to apply.
