Responsibilities:
Multimedia developers combine technical knowledge, design and learner-focused content to make information and communication technologies (ICT) based products that teach, communicate, and entertain the users.
• Integrate multimedia elements and learner-focused content into rich media training episodes and ensure that it will run smoothly on a delivery platform (LMS)
• Conceptualize, create and execute web and non-web user interfaces for the LMS and its different sub-apps
• Represent learner-focused content through media
Text and graphic integration
Audio Recordings
Video Editing
Motion Graphics
Screen captures
Layout modification
Image manipulation
• Work with the Application Developers and use authoring software to ensure that files are integrated into a single delivery platform
• Work with the System Developers to test the products and fix any technical issues
• Ensure all multimedia training materials meet the specifications of both the client (if applicable) and Stream, and are within the copyright guidelines and boundaries of the company
• Provide tracking, reports, and documentation on active and archived products
Preferences:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Diploma in Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• Candidate should have a minimum of 2 many years expertise in multimedia development and e-learning and five many years experience in multimedia development and e-learning
• Candidate should have proficiency in the utilization of Adobe Creative Suite programs, which include the following industry-standard style packages: Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design, Acrobat, Flash Expert, After Effects, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Premiere, and Soundbooth
• Candidate should have understanding of Hyper Text Mark-up Language (HTML)
• Candidate should have expert understanding on image modifying utilizing Photoshop
• Candidate should have expert understanding on Flash animation
• Applicant must have knowledge of Flash ActionScript programming
• Applicant should have knowledge on fundamental 3D modelling and animation
• Candidate should have good communication skills
• Applicant must be familiar with Educational Methods Style (ISD), Grownup Learning ideas
• Candidate should have proficiency in MS Workplace
• Applicant should be innovative and may believe from the box
• Applicant should have the capability to function under stress and deadlines
