Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing support in the human resource functions such as payroll and employee services.
- Prepares and process monthly payroll and related payroll reports and responsible for timely and accurate submission of payroll records.
- Ensures that all employee records are up-to-date, filed & well maintained in the HR System/file.
- Assists in answering inquiries from the staff on HR related issues respectively.Monitors employee attendance and records leave applications.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, Social Science/Sociology or equivalent.
- Preferably with at least 1-2 years experience in Human Resource with a strong background in payroll and employee services.
- Experience in using HR software is an added advantage.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Efficient organizational skills and proficient in MS Office Applications/Open Office.
- Ability to follow through on work assignments; hardworking, organized and meticulous.
- Self-starter with good organization, methodical and multitasking skills with the passion to deliver quality work while meeting tight deadlines.
- Must be a team player, highly motivated and committed.
