Convergys is searching for a Tech Assistance Specialist to get a Desktop Hardware Acct. to save thousands of customers from frustration and issues brought by electronics. Duties:
What you'll be doing

• Help the customers of America’s biggest I.T. company with all issues related to their computers and printers
• Translate technology-speak into plain English over the phone to help customers troubleshoot and fix their problems.

Job Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year call center experience handling desktop hardware and printers.
• Have studied at least 2 years in college. You will definitely have an edge if you took Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology courses!
• Willing to work in Convergys MDC 100.
