Job Responsibilities:
- Monitors monthly contribution to SSS, PAG-IBIG, and Philhealth.
- Formulates computerized payroll system.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of payroll requirements, practices, and procedures.
- Process interface and transmission of pay data files; run payroll and generate files for check printing and bank deposit.
- Process/compute last pay of terminated and or resigned employees including employee clearance administration.
- Prepare and monitor period decrease/increase activity of Gross and Net Payroll figures and count.
- Reconcile various payroll reports, analyze and conduct research on discrepancies and Balance and analyze general ledger figures, reports to immediate leader any discrepancies (abnormal high and lows).
- Does the semi-monthly and quarterly balancing and analysis of payroll register.
- Ensure that payroll processing and payroll validation is done efficiently and error-free to achieve the company's service level goals.
- Assist in the resolution of discrepancies in payroll, and takes proper corrective action to achieve compliance and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with internal control standards, established policy, procedures and requirements.
Job Position Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
