Responsibilities:
The Bilingual Customer Service Representative, Technical Support Representative, Translator or Speaker's main responsibility is to interface with our client’s customers to provide technical support and customer service. Interaction with customer may be via a number of different mechanisms, including: phone, e-mail and web chat. You will be trained to handle transactions and will be part of the operating team for a major client.
Work requirements:
1. Finished at least 2nd year of their college degree, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field. We are not accepting those who are still studying or still enrolled.
2. Required Language(s): French - MUST BE PROFICIENTin both written and oral.
3. Call center experience and technical background is not a requirement but is an added quality.
4. Familiarity with computers and basic software programs (Windows, Microsoft Word, etc.)
5. Willing to work on shifting schedules and during holidays and weekends.
6. Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
7. Natives are encouraged to apply as long as you are in the Philippines. (Working permit will be provided by the company)
