Responsibilities:
* Facilitate the design and implementation of various HR processes ensuring compliance to established standards.
* Support and facilitate the implementation of various HR processes and standards which include but not limited to the following: BS7799 Certification, eSCM Compliance, CMM and CMMI compliance, SAS70 and HR Business Continuity Plan.
* Identify, analyze and solve problems on process excellence activities such as value stream mapping and process design
* Prepare and maintain Implementation Status reports, resolution tracking , service management reports and process documentation.
* Facilitate operation of various work tools and escalate concerns as necessary.
* Coordinate process improvement initiatives with stakeholders and process owners.
* Conduct internal quality audits to ensure sustained compliance to HR process and standards.
Requirements:
* Graduate of any 4 year course, Industrial Engineering graduate preferred
* Total of 4 years work experience, inclusive of 3-4 years experience in process architecture, process audit and metrics analysis
* Experience in design and implementation of processes
* Knowledge in medium to complex data/metrics reporting and analysis
* Knowledge in advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, vLookup, Macros, etc.)
* Experience in quality management, project management, stakeholder management, facilitating internal communication and auditing
