Responsibilities:
- General duties and responsibilities:
- Gathers and analyzes store data for accurate manpower, equipment capacity, layout, and business/ store process standards resulting to an optimized business model
- Designs and implements effective store management systems resulting to high level of management team’s efficiency
- Develops, implements and monitors effective production planning and inventory control tools that will optimize use of raw materials, store equipment, facilities and other resources of the stores
- Designs and implements efficient service systems (counter and related Point Of Access) that will ensure delivery of products to the customers at the right quality, quantity and time
- Establishes effective man-hours standards based on sales level which will be one of the basis of store profitability
- Develops, implements and monitors Systematic Manpower Scheduling tool that will ensure effective crew positioning.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- With at least 3 years of work experience in Systems / Process / Methods Engineering.
- Highly analytical
- With very good numerical, interpersonal, planning, organizing and influencing skills
- Assertive and confident in presenting ideas to people at all levels using English language
- With high interest in working on tasks that require great attention to details
- Highly committed, contesting and persevering
- With strong desire for self-improvement
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
