Responsibilities:

The Workforce Preparing Coordinator is accountable for real time monitoring, making workload forecasts, calculating staffing specifications, and organizing schedules across multiple Lines of Business. He/She functions straight using the operations team to make sure that staffing levels are constant on a real time basis and meet with company needs.

Requirements:

• Graduate of Business Administration/Management or other related disciplines preferred OR equivalent in function experience.
• 2 years workforce management expertise inside a BPO or service center environment.
• Should have experience IEX
• Must have expertise in general scheduling practices and workforce management.
• At least 3 years expertise handling forecasting and RTA functions
• Advanced MS Excel Abilities
• Should have have the ability to function with minimal supervision.
• Applicants should be prepared to function in RCBC Plaza,Makati.
• Must be prepared to work night shifts and shifting schedules.
• Full-Time position available.
